Q. What services does GVS offer?


1. We drop ship right to your customers which eliminates the need for you to have inventory or handle any items.

2. We ship all orders in a package based on the weight of the product.

3. Packing slip in the shipment, including items that were shipped and any item on backorder.

4. We ship UPS, US Mail for all domestic orders. Also International shipping is available. (All International Custom Fees, Duties, Taxes etc are your responsibility).

5. We offer overnight and 2 day shipping on some SKU’s to extra charges.

6. Over & above the quoted shipping charges there is an additional $1* handling fee per order.

7. Computerized shipping and tracking. At the end of our business day, we transmit all tracking information.

8. All items on backorder are reviewed every business day.. Our fill rate is over 95%.

9. Our customer service team is available for.

10. Email confirmation is another great optional feature we offer.. If your customer provides an e-mail address, we will send them an email with the tracking # and date shipped. This feature

11. All invoices are sent in.

12. All accounts must have a current credit card on file.

Q. Do you have a catalog &data feed?


A. Due to the number of weekly updates including new items, price changes and discontinued items, we offer a data feed.

B. Our data feed includes product specifications, images and wholesale pricing. You may access it once your account is fully functional.

Q. How do I place orders?


Add items to shopping cart and placing order yourself on our wholesale portal & complete payment.

Q. What is the handling fee for drop shipping?


We charge a drop ship fee per order (not per item) of $1* for each drop shipment order.

Q. Do you offer a Wholesale Account for Non-Drop Shippers?


Our services include not only drop shipping but also wholesale accounts. Great Value Distributors has large fulfillment centers and offers more than 100,000 SKU’s. With a wholesale account, Great Value Distributors will ship the order directly to your location for you to complete the order and ship direct to your customers.

Q. Do you offer International drop shipment?


Yes, we offer international drop shipment.

Q. How do I establish a new account?


The first step is to sign up here and submit the required forms:

  • You can download the required forms here:

  • Reseller Terms -Please read carefully and send the signed reseller terms document along with application forms.
  • Return sand Refunds - You must fill out this form in addition to the Customer Information form.
  • Q. Do you allow selling your products on Amazon or other online selling Platforms?


    We do not have any restrictions but it is your sole responsibility to obtain necessary approvals from the respective brands before you list any item on marketplace that you purchased from us.

    We label the shipper as “Fulfillment Center”

    We do not have any minimum order quantity restriction

    We require reseller certificate.

    We do not have any restrictions but it is your sole responsibility to obtain necessary approvals from the respective brands before you list any item on marketplace that you purchased from us.
